Refund policy

We accept returns for 14 days from the day you receive your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, with all tags and in the original packaging. You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@autoartgroup.lt. Once your return is accepted we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

European Union right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without giving a justification. Items must be returned in the condition described above.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, or on film that has been cut to length or cut to order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to process and post the refund.
