By visiting or purchasing from wrapvirus.com you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, each available in the footer of this website. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to purchase from this store. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may refuse or cancel an order at our discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where pricing or product information was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of ordering through the payment methods offered at checkout.
PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make every effort to display products, colours and specifications accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces colour exactly. Film colours and finishes may vary between production batches. Where colour accuracy matters, we recommend ordering a sample or swatchbook before committing to a full roll. Product availability is subject to stock and may change without notice.
INSTALLATION AND USE OF PRODUCTS
Paint protection film, vinyl film, coatings and related products are professional materials. Correct results depend on surface preparation, technique, tooling and conditions that are outside our control. We supply materials; we are not responsible for the outcome of an installation carried out by you or by a third party, or for damage arising from incorrect application, removal or aftercare. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and any applicable safety data sheet.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, and statutory rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights. Details of how to exercise them are set out in our Refund Policy.
TRADE AND BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
Where you purchase in the course of a business, consumer withdrawal rights do not apply and separate trade terms may govern the relationship. Trade account holders should refer to the terms provided with their account.
DELIVERY AND RETURNS
Delivery times, costs and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, photography, video, graphics, logos and the WrapVirus name and marks, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or harvest data from it, or to transmit malicious code.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES
This site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of third parties, and linking does not imply endorsement.
AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE
We aim to keep the store available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of the site for maintenance or business reasons without notice.
LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including a consumer's statutory rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from the installation, use or removal of products supplied. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, industrial action, supply shortages, or interruption of utilities or communications.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes will be subject to the courts of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We encourage you to contact us first at info@autoartgroup.lt so that we can try to resolve any complaint directly.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in force.
