Shipping policy

All orders are dispatched from our facility in Klaipėda, Lithuania.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery times and costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Estimated delivery times are given in business days from dispatch.

Lithuania: 3-5 business days, from EUR 6.00

Estonia and Latvia: 3-5 business days, from EUR 15.00

European Union: 5-8 business days, from EUR 30.00

Ireland: 5-8 business days, from EUR 35.00

Norway, Switzerland and United Kingdom: 5-8 business days, from EUR 35.00

Malta: 10-12 business days, from EUR 150.00

Cyprus: 10-14 business days, from EUR 160.00

Maximum shipment weight is 25 kg, or 15 kg for Cyprus. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance or circumstances outside our control.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Prices at checkout are shown including VAT where applicable. Orders to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom are shipped outside the EU customs union. Import duties, taxes and clearance fees may be charged on arrival. These charges are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not collected by us.

Tracking

A tracking number is sent by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@autoartgroup.lt and we will investigate with the carrier.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once they have been dispatched, and re-delivery costs arising from an incorrect address may be charged.
